- encourage individuals to join and become involved in the organization

- maintain the current rules for the class
- serve as a point of contact for questions regarding the class
- provide information for articles to the newsletter editor

Regional Coordinators
The responsibilities of Regional Coordinators are:
- encourage individuals to join and become involved in the organization
- serve as a point of contact for questions regarding the US VMYG in their region
- provide information for articles to the newsletter editor
- develop and maintain contact with the club commodores in the region to encourage support of vintage pond sailing
- nurture regional vintage events to encourage enthusiasm on a regional basis
- establish where the vintage boats are in the region and share the list with the various class secretaries
- encourage owners who are not members to join the US VMYG
