FOR SALE: A beautiful plank-on-frame Chico II

Pete Peterson is selling a beautiful plank-on-frame AJ Fisher designed, vintage 36, Chico II drawn by Alan Suydam, and redesigned to 11” draft, the max allowed by USVMYG rules.  It has THREE sets of sails: a 400 sq in B sail, a 600 sq in A sail and a 600 sq in high aspect ratio SUPER A sail with jumpers, spreaders, and lowers. It will keep sailing in almost any wind! It is named Donner and is registered with class secretary as number 54. Ready to sail with the addition of your own TX, RX and Battery pack. Winch is Hi Tec HS765HB and rudder servo is Futaba S3003.

It includes crate/cradle. The mast and booms are made from Sitka spruce, the deck from aircraft plywood, and plank-on-frame hull Atlantic cedar. Offered at $975. Shipping at cost plus materials.
