It has been fully restored twice, the last time by the current owner who teaches model yacht restoration at WoodenBoat School in Brooklin, ME. Most recently it has had a new sail control system installed that uses a Servo City Stingray-7 Servo Gearbox gear train servo putting out 2450 oz-in of torque. It has a jib trim servo installed. The rudder servo is mounted under the stern hatch.

She comes with two stands, one beautiful mahogany display stand and one travel stand. The display stand has handles so you can pick up the boat and move it. The travel stand has wheels and a handle that allows you to move the boat with relative ease. It still takes two men and a boy to put it into the water.

This boat was owned (new) originally by Bert Bekulear (Mystic, CT) and then by John Snow (Marblehead, MA). John Snow had restoration work done by Dave Brawner at that time.

The boat sails well and is beautiful to see in the water and on her display stand.
