deck fairlead [R12]: A fitting that allows a sheet to come through the deck and change direction as needed.

In an R/C model yacht, a deck fairlead (or through-deck fairlead) guides the jib and main sheets through the deck and allows the line to change direction as the sail arm or traveler pulls the sheets in and out. There are a number of them available from various suppliers. Guides for running sheets along the deck are also called deck fairleads.

You may also make a rather nice option out of acorn nuts, all-thread, and corresponding washers and nuts. These can be made from aluminum and brass.
